The 2007 Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible is a 2-door, 4-passenger convertible, available in 4 trims, ranging from the 2.5L to the Triple White PZEV.






Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 2.5-liter, I5, 150-horsepower engine that achieves 22-mpg in the city and 30-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard on the 2.5L, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on the Triple White PZEV.
